The parish now accepts offertories and donations via PayPal. Under 'Purpose' on payment page, please indicate your congregation (eg 'Offertory Dural 10am').

Direct Debit Offertory Giving

It is Parish Council policy to encourage as many parishioners as possible to make their offertory giving by direct debit. This is a helpful way of making sure that their commitment to regular giving is soundly based. And the Parish also stands to benefit from such regular giving by parishioners. There are a few different ways of doing it, in the likely order of convenience both for you and the Parish:

  • YOU ARRANGE IT: If you do your banking on the Internet, you can arrange for your offertory (say, monthly) to be paid to the Parish's bank account with Glebe Income Accounts:
    BSB No: 704 998
    Account No: 100007625
    Account name: Dural Anglican Parish
It is very helpful for the parish's accounting system if you include a reference in the transaction information field which shows which congregation you normally belong to.

  • WE ARRANGE IT: Alternatively, you can have your monthly offertory debited directly from your bank account (at no charge) and remitted to Sydney Diocesan Secretariat, who will then forward the money to the Parish. To do this, you will need to complete the Glebe "Planned Giving" form and give it to the parish treasurer. The form is available at your church or from the treasurer.

  • YOUR EMPLOYER ARRANGES IT: If your employer's payroll system allows, you can arrange for the amount you wish to give per pay period to be deducted from your salary and remitted to the Parish's bank account. You will need to give your employer the same details as above.

  • YOUR BANK ARRANGES IT: You can arrange with your bank to make a periodical payment from your bank account to the Parish’s. The bank will probably charge you a fee.
