meet • share • grow Our monthly Saturday afternoon meeting for young families has commenced. This new group is a great way for both adults and children to get to know each other better. Each meeting is roughly as follows... - afternoon tea
- some activity for the children
- Bible study with the adults
- prayer time together
No one will be pressured to pray out loud or answer tricky Bible questions. The emphasis is on relationship based Christian growth as we discuss Bible basics together. Our primary school groups, CEBS and GFS, invite you and your family to a trivia night on Friday night 20th June 2008 at St Jude's.Enjoy time with other families, have fun as the Senior Youth group run the trivia competition. Prizes for the most trivial minded ! Start organising your table of up to 10 people, or just come along and join a group on the night. Your neighbours and friends are also welcome. There will be a light dinner provided during the evening, so please RSVP to the office or complete and return the form from your CEBS or GFS leader by Thursday 19th June for catering. Cost $10 per family $5 singles |

Each centre has a service focused on families... - At St Jude's Dural, the 10am Sunday service each week has a focus on families, with Sunday School/Kids' Church running during the Sundays in term. Children begin in church, enjoy a kids' spot, then go out to their programme while the adults enjoy the rest of the service.
- The Kenthurst Anglican Family Church is specifically designed to welcome families, meeting in the Literary Institute and running a Sunday School during the service.
- St Columb's Arcadia holds a monthly family service with a small friendly Sunday school. Generally held on the 4th Sunday of the month.

For parents and preschoolers, this group meets each Friday in term from 10am-noon in the downstairs hall in the Education Centre at St Jude's. It's a great way to get out of the house and get some social interaction for both adults and children! Please join us. |

GFS is for girls in school years K to 6. Meets at St Jude's Education Centre, upstairs lounge room 6pm-7:30pm Fridays in term (not last Friday). Co-Ordinator is Bronwyn O'Neil. |
